Insolvencies and Deceased Estates
Our dedicated unit of insolvencies and deceased estate practitioners also has expertise in the administration of insolvent estates and liquidated companies and close corporations. We currently have four liquidators on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Senior Practicing Liquidators as part of division which has existed since 2003.
Nexia SAB&T Insolvencies is also regularly appointed as sole Liquidator/Trustee in various estates nationally in which we provide the administration.
We hold office in all nine South African Provinces and have multiple appointments nationally. This allows us to take appointments across South Africa.
