We prioritise the lives of all Nexians, our clients and stakeholders. Though we are under lockdown regulations, our offices are open and we are actively taking safety measures to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have developed the following safety measures for our / your safety:
- We have implemented office use policies to promote physical distancing and help prevent infection.
- All staff members submit weekly Covid declarations
- On site temperature screening, with thermal non-contact thermometers, is compulsory for all individuals entering and leaving Nexia SAB&T premises
- Where an individual’s temperature is above 38°C the person will not be allowed to enter the Nexia SAB&T office and a director will be informed thereof immediately.
- An electronic database/ register with names and contact details of all persons entering the premises is maintained at all times.
- All employees and contractors MUST wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Visitors who do not have a mask when entering the premises are provided with a disposable mask when entering.
- Employees, contractors and visitors are urged to regularly wash their hands with the soap provided.
- Alcohol-based sanitisers are available throughout the building for regular use.
- All Nexia SAB&T offices, including common areas and individual offices, are cleaned thoroughly by cleaning staff, making use of suitable disinfectant cleaning agents.
- All employees are encouraged to ensure that their personal work areas and surfaces are regularly cleaned and sanitised.
- We regularly fumigate our offices.
