Last week, the Uruguayan government passed a decree easing the requirements to grant “Fiscal Residence” to foreigners asking for it.

It is based on the policy of promoting investments in a country of opportunities, that gives a warm welcome to people from abroad offering: legal certainty, public safety, and a stable and foreseeable economy to anybody wanting to develop personal and business projects.
