Brief Description of this Job

As a manager, you’ll be a key member of the team, committed to supporting Accounting, tax and secretarial team in building and maintaining relationships with clients and other service lines within the firm. Further, to manage employees within team and ensure that work is completed efficiently and reviewed and discussed with directors prior to being finalised.

Application Requirements

  • B.Com degree, preferably in finance, commerce or accounting; a SAIPA or similar certification

Experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting firm or similar type of industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging closely and proactively with directors to support the execution of accounting, tax and secretarial strategies
  • Supporting the planning and execution of the various assignments to ensure the successful delivery of service offered to all clients
  • Participating actively in talent and skills development to relevant staff members
