This unit of Nexia SAB&T offers administration of deceased estates, both testate and intestate as well as the administration of Insolvent Estates and Liquidated Companies and Close Corporations.

Nexia SAB&T received various appointments within the Liquidation and Insolvency Industry over the years consisting of somewhat complex and high profile estates.

Our Liquidation and Insolvency department currently has four liquidators on the Master of the High Court’s National Panel of Senior Practicing Liquidators. Nexia SAB&T received its first appointment in early 2003 and has developed a fully functioned and equipped Insolvency division since then.

We have a qualified and experienced Insolvency and Deceased Estate Practitioner acting as an assistant and consultant to all our liquidators.

Situated in our Centurion office we have a designated Insolvency and Liquidations Administrator assisting our liquidators with the estates under their care. SAB&T currently mostly enjoy discretionary and PDI appointments and have established good working relationships with most of the highest recognized Liquidation Firms and also participates in the administration of Jointly Appointed Estates. Nexia SAB&T Insolvencies is also appointed as sole Liquidator /Trustee in various estates nationally which administration is done by our firm.

Even though the head office for this department is situated in Cape Town with assistants in our Centurion Office, Nexia SAB&T holds office in all nine South African Provinces and has various appointments nationally. This allows SAB&T to take appointments in all of the provinces.
