Nexia SAB&T strive to uplift and empower previously disadvantaged individuals in various different ways. Nexia SAB&T utilises various platforms to ensure that our community and educational driven initiatives have far reaching effects in the communities in which we operate, these include: providing scholarships for previously disadvantaged learners and a bursary programme that supports full time students at various tertiary institutions.

The partners and directors of Nexia SAB&T also actively participate in development organisations in the profession, such as the Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA), Black Chartered Accountants Practitioners (BCAP) and South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) particularly insofar as where the development of black accountants is concerned.

Over the past 21 years, Nexia SAB&T has embarked on a number of initiatives that benefitted historically disadvantaged communities.
